NoFrost technology eliminates manual defrosting by automatically evaporating moisture before it can form ice, so the interior stays clear and the cooling performance remains consistent.

The operator loads products onto the five wire shelves, each capable of supporting a full load. The glass door closes automatically to preserve the set temperature, and the lock secures the contents overnight or during unsupervised hours. An external digital panel displays the current temperature and allows precise adjustment within the -18 to -22 °C range, matching the requirements of frozen food storage. Two full-height LED lights illuminate the cabinet, highlighting products and drawing attention from across the shop floor.

The cabinet is constructed from white panels with a black aluminium door frame and an integrated handle. Adjustable feet level the unit on uneven floors, and the ventilated back panel ensures proper airflow for the refrigeration system. Five wire shelves provide flexible storage, and the 430 L volume accommodates a full range of frozen goods without overcrowding.

The 220-240 V, 50 Hz power supply connects to a standard single-phase circuit, and the 11.35 kWh daily energy consumption reflects continuous operation in a busy retail environment. The 119 kg weight requires two people to move the unit safely, and the 670 mm width, 793 mm depth and 2008 mm height fit through standard doorways and under most worktop lighting.

Cleaning involves wiping the interior surfaces and wire shelves with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while the exterior panels and door handle are cleaned with a soft cloth. The NoFrost system removes the need for manual defrosting, and the LED lights require no maintenance beyond occasional dusting.

The DF500BD is available in white or black exterior panels, allowing integration with different shop colour schemes. The unit is designed for retail display in shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants, where product visibility drives impulse purchases.
