To use the showcase, the operator loads products onto the five adjustable shelves, arranging them for maximum visibility. The top-mounted LED lighting illuminates each shelf evenly, highlighting colours and textures without generating heat. Once the cabinet is stocked, the automatic cooling cycle maintains the set temperature range of +2 to +8 °C, eliminating the need for manual adjustment. An integrated water evaporation system collects condensation from the cooling process and removes it automatically, reducing the frequency of manual draining.

The cabinet is constructed from powder-coated steel, which resists corrosion and wear in a busy kitchen environment. The hard sides provide structural stability and protect the contents from external temperature fluctuations. Two doors, available in either hinged or sliding configurations, seal the cabinet when not in use, preserving energy and maintaining consistent internal conditions. Each door is fitted with a handle and a lockable mechanism for security.

The 1600 mm width and 4.13 m² useful surface allow for substantial display capacity, accommodating multiple rows of plated dishes, bottled drinks or packaged goods. The 420 kg weight indicates a sturdy, floor-standing unit that requires a stable base and is not designed for frequent relocation. The 2000 mm height, plus an additional 30 mm for clearance, ensures the cabinet fits under standard worktop heights while providing ample vertical display space.

Cleaning involves wiping down the powder-coated steel exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The adjustable shelves can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the interior surfaces should be sanitised regularly to maintain hygiene standards. The forced cooling system's air filters require periodic inspection and cleaning to ensure optimal airflow and efficiency.
