A refrigerated display cabinet keeps chilled goods visible while maintaining safe holding temperatures. A compressor circulates refrigerant through coils at the rear or base, removing heat from the interior. The cooled air settles around the products, and a thermostat cycles the compressor to hold the set range without freezing. This method preserves freshness, texture and appearance without drying or freezing the items on show.

The JUKA Showcase DOLCE 1580 mm is loaded from the front. Adjust the five illuminated shelves to the height needed for cakes, desserts or pre-packaged chilled foods. Place the items on the shelves, close the double-glazed doors and set the desired temperature between +4 °C and +10 °C. The night blind is pulled down after service to reduce energy use and protect the contents from ambient light. Condensate from the cooling cycle evaporates automatically, removing the need for manual drainage.

The cabinet is built with MDF sides and double-glazed front panels. Five rows of adjustable shelves are lit from above, and the top lighting enhances visibility. A night blind covers the glass when the unit is not in service. The automatic condensate evaporation system collects moisture from the cooling cycle and evaporates it without operator intervention.

The temperature control allows settings between +4 °C and +10 °C, suitable for holding chilled desserts, dairy products and ready-to-eat foods. The 250 kg weight requires a stable floor and a trolley for moving. The 1580 mm width, 830 mm depth and 2130 mm height determine the space needed on the shop floor or counter.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass, shelves and interior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The night blind is cleaned separately to maintain its light-blocking properties. Shelves are removed for thorough cleaning and adjusted or replaced as needed.
