A cutlery organiser keeps serving utensils sorted above the worktop so staff can reach the right fork or spoon without searching drawers. The unit stands on the counter, holds two containers side by side, and lets the team lift each container out for refilling or cleaning. Because it is open and shallow, every piece is visible and nothing is buried at the back.

The organiser is a single frame with circular openings sized to fit standard cutlery containers. Each opening supports the rim of the container, leaving the base clear so the container can be lifted straight up. The frame itself is fixed to the worktop with adhesive pads or screws, depending on the surface, and stays in place while the containers are swapped.

To use the organiser, place the frame on a clean, level section of the worktop. Press the adhesive pads firmly or secure the frame with screws. Drop the two containers into the openings so the rims rest on the frame. Fill each container with the appropriate cutlery and return it to the frame. When the cutlery runs low, lift the container out, refill it, and replace it in the same opening.

The frame is made of ABS, a rigid plastic that resists scratches and does not corrode. The material is light enough to move when the worktop is cleared, yet strong enough to hold the weight of filled containers without sagging. The surface is smooth, so spills wipe off with a damp cloth and do not stain.

The organiser measures 380 mm across the front, 290 mm from front to back, and 450 mm high. The footprint fits on most worktops without crowding hobs or sinks, while the height keeps the cutlery within easy reach of staff standing at the counter. Each opening is 97 mm in diameter, matching the rims of Stalgast containers 815020 and 815010.

Cleaning is limited to the parts that show: wipe the frame with a damp cloth to remove fingerprints and spills, and wash the containers in hot water with detergent. Because the frame is not in direct contact with food, it does not need sanitising after every service.
