A dish rack organises washed tableware between the rinse sink and the storage cupboard. It keeps plates, bowls and trays upright so water drains off and air circulates, speeding drying without towelling. The open grid construction lets staff see every piece at a glance, reducing handling and breakage.
The rack is loaded by placing each washed item into an individual slot. Once full, it is lifted by its reinforced corners and carried to the drying area or directly to the shelf. Its square footprint matches standard worktop depths, so it fits against the wall or between other stations without overhang.
Constructed from stainless steel, the rack resists corrosion from water and detergents. The 500 mm length and width create a compact cube that stacks with identical racks when not in use, saving floor space in storage. The 104 mm height keeps the centre of gravity low, making it stable on wet surfaces.
No controls are fitted; the rack is a passive organiser. Its size allows it to hold 36 standard dinner plates, soup bowls or small trays, matching the output of a typical commercial dishwasher cycle.
Cleaning is limited to rinsing under a tap or running through the dishwasher with the tableware it holds. The open grid design prevents food debris from collecting, so no disassembly is required.
