Dishwasher accessory Stalgast 810400

A glassware rack organises and protects glasses during commercial dishwashing. It holds each glass in a fixed position so that water jets from the dishwasher reach every surface without the glasses knocking together or tipping over. The rack's open grid allows hot water and detergent to circulate freely, ensuring thorough cleaning and quick drying. Because the glasses do not touch one another, there is no chipping or scratching, and the rack itself can be stacked or nested when not in use to save space in the kitchen.

To use the rack, the operator loads clean, empty glasses upside-down into the grid. The glasses rest on their rims, which keeps the interior surfaces exposed to the wash cycle. Once the rack is full, it slides into the dishwasher on the standardised peg rails found in most professional machines. After the cycle finishes, the rack is removed and the glasses are left to air-dry in place, ready for immediate storage or service.

The rack is constructed from corrosion-resistant coated wire, which withstands repeated exposure to high-temperature water and chemical detergents without rusting or degrading. Its 400 mm square footprint matches the standard rack size used in most commercial dishwashers, allowing it to fit securely without shifting during the wash cycle. The compact dimensions also make it easy to store when not in use, whether on a shelf or nested with other racks.

This Stalgast glassware rack is compatible with a wide range of professional dishwashers that accept 400 x 400 mm racks, making it a practical addition to any catering kitchen where glassware is washed frequently.
