A rack trolley streamlines the movement of crockery, glassware and utensils between the wash zone and storage or service areas. It holds standard dish racks upright, keeping items secure and organised during transit. The open frame allows water to drain freely, so loads arrive dry and ready for cupboards or shelves without manual handling between stages.

The trolley is pushed by hand, eliminating the need to lift racks individually. Its four swivel castors provide manoeuvrability through tight kitchen passages and around corners. A central handle gives the operator control when steering, while the low centre of gravity prevents tipping when loaded.

Load the trolley by sliding filled dish racks into the frame from the top or side. Once in place, the racks rest on horizontal rails that distribute weight evenly across the structure. The operator then wheels the trolley to the next station, where racks are removed in the same order they were loaded, maintaining the sequence of service.

The frame is constructed from tubular steel, chosen for its strength-to-weight ratio. The material resists corrosion in humid kitchen environments and withstands repeated contact with water and detergents. No moving parts require lubrication, so upkeep is limited to occasional cleaning of the frame to remove detergent residue and food debris.

The trolley's footprint of 540 mm by 540 mm fits through standard kitchen doorways and alongside dishwashers, while the 960 mm height accommodates multiple racks without exceeding worktop levels. Its square base maximises stability when stationary, reducing the risk of accidental movement during loading or unloading.
