A cutlery container keeps serving utensils organised and within reach during service. Instead of scattering knives, forks and spoons across a tray or counter, the container gathers them in a single compartment that slides into gastronorm-compatible racks, trolleys or worktop cut-outs. The smooth, non-porous surface resists stains and odours, while the low sides allow staff to lift cutlery without knocking it against the rim.

The container is loaded by placing clean cutlery directly into the well. Once filled, it is positioned in a GN1/1 slot on a work surface, under a heat lamp or inside a heated pass. During service, servers draw utensils as needed; the shallow depth ensures that even the last pieces remain easy to grasp. After use, the container is removed, emptied and washed.

Constructed from food-grade polyethylene, the unit withstands repeated contact with hot water and detergents without warping or cracking. The material is lightweight, so the container can be carried with one hand when full.

Overall dimensions of 530 mm by 325 mm by 100 mm match the GN1/1 gastronorm standard, fitting standardised racks, trolleys and worktop apertures found in professional kitchens and servery lines.

Cleaning involves rinsing under hot water, scrubbing with a non-abrasive pad and air-drying. The polyethylene surface does not require seasoning or special treatment.
