A mobile creperie station on four wheels, this electric crepe maker trolley brings a complete worktop and heated storage to any location. The main pann heats electrically, circulating warmth evenly across its flat surface to cook thin batters into pliable crepes. A separate heated cupboard beneath keeps finished crepes warm and ready for service without drying or cooling, while the slide-rail shelf organises plates and toppings within arm's reach.

The operator lowers batter onto the preheated pann, spreads it with the included spatula, and watches the edges lift as the crepe sets. Once golden, the crepe is flipped or lifted, then transferred to the heated cupboard to await filling. The porcelain bowls hold sauces, fillings and garnishes, while the aluminium rake helps distribute toppings evenly. The tempered protective glass shields the workspace and can be removed for thorough cleaning.

The trolley is built in stainless steel for durability and hygiene. The heated cupboard's temperature is adjustable up to approximately 75 °C, allowing gentle warming without overcooking. Two of the four wheels lock to keep the unit stable during use.

Controls include a custom LED display for monitoring the pann and cupboard temperatures. The 2.7 kW element powers the crepe pann, while the 750 W element maintains the cupboard's warmth. The 230 V voltage matches standard UK commercial circuits, and the 60.7 kg weight ensures stability while remaining movable by one person. The 903 mm width, 625 mm depth and 1150 mm height fit through standard doorways and under most worktop canopies.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel surfaces, removing and washing the tempered glass, and emptying the porcelain bowls. The slide-rail shelf lifts out for access to the cupboard interior, and the pann can be detached for deep cleaning.

The trolley comes complete with a Ø400 mm electric crepe pann, seven porcelain bowls, one spatula and one aluminium rake, allowing immediate setup wherever a 230 V supply is available.
