Double electric crepe maker trolley with 2 built-in crepe pans (diameter 400mm), 11 porcelain bowls, 1 aluminium rake, 1 spatulas included.
A double electric crepe maker on a mobile trolley brings two 400 mm crepe pans directly to the work area, ready to produce thin, even crepes at the same time. The pans are heated by electric elements beneath the cast surfaces, transferring heat evenly across the cooking area. Adjustable thermostats let the operator set the exact temperature for batter consistency and browning, while safety thermostats prevent overheating if the main control fails. The trolley's mobility means the unit can be positioned where demand is highest, whether in a permanent kitchen or at an outdoor event, without requiring a fixed worktop or gas connection.
To start, the operator wheels the trolley into place, locks the braked wheels and switches on each pan. The thermostats are set between 140 °C and 300 °C, depending on the batter and desired crispness. Batter is ladled onto the hot pans and spread with the included aluminium rake, while the spatula lifts and turns the crepes as they cook. The two heated cupboards keep plates and finished crepes warm, and the adjustable shelves inside the lower cupboards store bowls, toppings and utensils. When service is over, the waste fat trays collect drips for easy disposal, and the removable tempered glass panels lift off for cleaning.
The frame and all visible surfaces are stainless steel, chosen for durability and hygiene in a busy kitchen. The two crepe pans are built into the work surface, eliminating gaps where batter could spill. Each cupboard has a single shelf that can be repositioned on three levels, and the front panel is customisable with LED backlighting for branding or visibility. Four wheels, two with brakes, allow the 145 kg unit to be moved by one person once the brakes are released.
The 5.4 kW power rating means the trolley requires a dedicated 230 V circuit capable of handling the combined load of both pans and the heated cupboards. The 1516 mm width fits through standard kitchen doorways and provides enough space for two operators to work side by side. The 1150 mm height places the work surface at a comfortable standing level, while the 675 mm depth keeps the unit stable without protruding too far into the aisle.
Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel surfaces, removing and washing the tempered glass panels, emptying the waste fat trays and brushing the crepe pans to remove any stuck batter. The adjustable shelves and cupboard interiors should be wiped down regularly to prevent grease build-up.
The trolley is supplied with eleven porcelain bowls, one spatula and one aluminium rake, allowing immediate setup without additional purchases. The heated cupboards measure 600 mm wide, 580 mm deep and 500 mm high, providing ample space for plates and finished crepes.
This model is categorised as a mobile crepe station for professional catering and event use.
