The Casselin CCD35E is a double electric crepe maker designed for preparing crepes. This appliance features two circular cast iron cooking plates, each measuring 350 mm in diameter. The plates have a super thin finishing for optimal heat transfer.

Crepe makers operate by heating a cooking surface to a set temperature, upon which batter is poured and spread thinly. The heat from the plate cooks the batter rapidly, forming a crepe.
