A refrigerated display case that keeps chilled food visible and accessible while the cooling unit sits outside the customer area. The BLOCK 1300 separates the evaporator and condenser from the cabinet, drawing heat away through a pair of small-diameter lines. This static-cooling system circulates cold air gently across the shelves, maintaining an even temperature without drying the surface of unwrapped items such as sandwiches, pastries or salads. Because the refrigeration unit is remote, the cabinet itself runs almost silently and produces no waste heat at the point of sale, making it suitable for tight spaces and customer-facing counters. To use the display, the operator loads the tempered-glass shelves with pre-chilled food, closes the sliding doors, and sets the electronic control unit to the desired temperature between 2 °C and 10 °C. LED lighting inside the cabinet illuminates the contents, while the automatic defrost cycle and built-in evaporation tray prevent ice build-up and condensation. The remote unit must be placed within two metres of the cabinet in a well-ventilated area to ensure efficient heat exchange and long service life. The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel with double outer panels of tempered glass. Two sliding doors give access to the interior, and the tempered-glass shelves support the displayed items. An electronic control panel on the front edge of the cabinet allows the operator to adjust the temperature and monitor the cooling status. The 0.22 kW power rating indicates the electrical load of the remote unit, which connects to a standard 230 V single-phase supply. The 123 kg weight reflects the sturdy construction needed to support the glass and stainless-steel components, and the 1310 mm width determines the counter space required for installation. The temperature range of 2 °C to 10 °C suits ready-to-eat chilled foods that do not require freezing. Cleaning involves wiping the stainless-steel surfaces and glass shelves with a mild detergent, and ensuring the drainage channel and evaporation tray remain clear. The remote unit should be checked periodically for dust accumulation on the condenser coils to maintain cooling efficiency. The BLOCK 1300 is available in a remote configuration only, with sliding doors as standard. Inside the BLOCK 1300 Remote, R290 circulates silently through the sealed coils, pulling heat from the glass case without harming the kitchen air or the ozone layer.
