Forced-air cooling removes heat from the interior and spreads cold air evenly, preventing uneven chilling and avoiding freezing. It suits items like pastries, desserts, or pre-prepared dishes that need to stay cool but not solidified.

Products are loaded onto glass shelves through the front door. Each shelf has its own lighting, highlighting the contents for customers. The temperature can be adjusted between +30 °C and +90 °C using a control panel, matching the needs of different foods. Once set, the unit holds the temperature automatically.

The exterior is made of stainless steel, which resists corrosion and is easy to clean in a busy kitchen. The front door uses clear organic glass, letting customers see the products without opening the case. Two lighting zones ensure even illumination, while the standard model leaves the top surface free for optional branding or signage.

A thermostat controls the temperature, and internal fans keep the air moving. The 0.23 kW power rating suits a typical electrical circuit. The 44 kg weight allows two people to move it without special tools, and the 606 mm width fits on a standard counter, leaving room for other equipment.

Cleaning involves wiping the stainless steel and glass with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Shelves and lighting covers can be removed for deeper cleaning, and the forced-air system has a filter that needs periodic checks to maintain cooling efficiency.

The standard version comes without a promotional panel, though one can be added as a custom option. Designed for self-service, it lets customers view and choose items independently, with a 5% extra capacity for this setup.
