The Big Horn 700 Remote refrigerated display case is designed for chilling confectionery while allowing clear customer visibility. Its cooling unit sits up to two metres away, linked by thermoplastic hoses, which keeps heat and noise out of the sales area. This arrangement frees internal space and improves ventilation around the unit, supporting efficient operation and longer service life.

An electronic control unit regulates the temperature between +2 °C and +12 °C, handling automatic defrosting and condensation evaporation. Staff restock shelves through rear sliding doors, while customers serve themselves from the front. Two shelves hold products, and all glass panels are insulated to retain cold and minimise condensation.

To operate, connect the remote unit to the display using the provided hoses and connectors, plug it in, and set the temperature on the electronic panel. The case reaches the desired range quickly and maintains it with doors closed. Its 0.2 kW power rating ensures low energy use, and at 73 kg, it can be moved by two people without equipment.

Constructed from stainless steel, the case resists corrosion and maintains hygiene in humid conditions. Polyurethane foam insulation, free of chlorofluorocarbons, fills the top, ceiling, and side walls, balancing strength and thermal efficiency. Rear sliding doors simplify restocking, while the self-service front lets customers browse and select items independently.

The electronic control manages temperature and automatic defrost cycles. The +2 °C to +12 °C range suits chilled confectionery, dairy, and prepared foods. At 705 mm wide, it fits small and medium shops with limited floor space, and its 640 mm height keeps products at eye level for most customers.

Cleaning involves wiping stainless steel and glass with mild detergent, removing shelves for separate washing, and ensuring defrost water drainage channels are clear. Keep the remote unit dust-free to maintain airflow and check hoses regularly for damage.

The Big Horn 700 Remote is the 705 mm model; 1005 mm and 1302 mm versions are also available. A standard kit (article 104KITBI11) is required for installation and is purchased separately. The case supports self-service use and can be configured with the remote unit on either side.
