Hot oil circulates around the kernels, causing them to expand and pop while the built-in mixer gently stirs the batch, distributing heat and preventing clumping. The process combines heat and movement to produce light, crisp popcorn without manual intervention once the machine is running.

To operate, the user pours oil and kernels into the frying chamber, sets the desired cooking time, and starts the machine. The automatic mixer begins turning, and the heating element warms the oil to the required temperature. As the kernels pop, the mixer keeps them moving, and the finished popcorn is guided into the heated display case below. The display case maintains warmth, keeping the popcorn fresh and ready for serving without additional reheating.

The Mini Jolly Inox is constructed from stainless steel, providing durability and resistance to corrosion in a busy kitchen environment. Its compact dimensions of 500 mm wide, 400 mm deep, and 700 mm high allow it to fit on a worktop or counter, making it suitable for small spaces while still delivering professional results. The 1.1 kW power rating means it draws a moderate load, compatible with standard 230 V single-phase circuits found in most commercial kitchens.

A simple control panel allows the operator to adjust cooking settings, start the mixing and heating process, and activate the display case heater. The emptying system lets the user transfer popcorn from the frying chamber to the display case without spills, streamlining the workflow during service.
