Cotton candy machines operate by heating granulated sugar in a spinning head. The heat melts the sugar, and centrifugal force then forces the molten sugar through tiny perforations in the spinning head. As the thin sugar strands hit the cooler air, they solidify into fine threads, which are then collected in a surrounding bowl to form the familiar cotton candy.

This machine is equipped with two tanks. It is designed to produce between one and three portions of cotton candy within a 60-second timeframe. The pool, where the spun sugar is collected, measures 600 mm in diameter.

Included as standard are an aluminium pool, a protective dome made from plexiglass, and a dosing set specifically for flavoured sugar. The machine operates on a 220 V electrical supply and has a power consumption of 1.5 kW.
