The Tecnoeka EKF 523 N UD is a combined convection oven. It circulates hot air for even cooking and can generate steam for various methods, from dry heat to high humidity.

The oven uses a fan to distribute heated air, ensuring rapid and uniform cooking. It supports convection mode for roasting and baking, evaporation mode for drying, and a combined mode blending steam with convection for moist cooking.

Users can adjust cooking temperature, duration, and steam flash frequency via a control panel. The temperature range is 100 °C to 270 °C. A double, heat-resistant glass door with LED lighting allows for viewing food, and a door sensor is included.
