Electric convection oven with digital control panel. 4 trays 1/1 GN
A convection oven circulates hot air around food with a fan, spreading heat evenly and cutting cooking times without drying the surface. The fan draws air over heating elements, then pushes it through ducts into the chamber, so every shelf receives the same temperature at once. This method keeps roasts juicy, pastries crisp and trays of vegetables evenly browned, even when the oven is fully loaded. The EKF 411.3 N T is built for continuous service in catering kitchens. The operator loads four GN 1/1 gastronorm pans onto the wire shelves, sets the desired temperature between 30 and 260 °C, and selects one of 99 stored programmes or creates a custom cycle. Each programme can divide the cook into four stages, so a dish that needs a high blast followed by gentle holding is handled in a single sequence. A humidification button adds steam at any point, preventing crusts from forming too early and keeping meats succulent. Stainless steel walls inside the EKF 411.3 N T shed grease and steam so the oven stays hygienic between breakfast pastries and evening roasts. An electronic control panel on the front allows precise adjustment of time, temperature and humidity, while a digital display shows the current stage and remaining time. The unit runs on a three-phase 380/400 V supply, matching the circuits commonly installed in professional kitchens. Its footprint of 784 × 754 mm fits standard worktop depths, and the 50.6 kg weight allows two staff to move it with a trolley. A single wipe removes baked-on juices from the seamless interior, letting the next service start without delay. The stainless-steel chamber wipes down with a damp cloth after each service, and the wire shelves lift out for thorough washing. The humidification system requires regular descaling to prevent mineral build-up, and the fan guard should be checked for grease accumulation that could impede airflow. The IPX3 protection class means the electronics are shielded from water spray, so the control panel can be wiped without risk of shorting. The EKF 411.3 N T is part of Tecnoeka's EVOLUTION SNACK series, designed for snack and light meal production in cafés, canteens and small commercial kitchens.
