The RXL 603's forced-air fan pushes heat into every corner of the three wire trays, so each sheet of pastries or vegetables browns at the same rate without tray rotation. The RXL 603 uses this method to roast, bake and reheat dishes across three wire trays without cold spots or manual turning. Load the three GN1/1 trays with food, slide them into the guides spaced 80 mm apart, and close the door. Set the temperature up to 250 °C and choose either a timed cycle of up to 60 minutes or continuous operation. An interior lamp lets you check progress without opening the door and losing heat. When the timer sounds or the cycle ends, remove the trays with heat-resistant gloves. The oven is built in stainless steel with a safety thermostat that cuts power if the temperature exceeds the set limit. The 3.9 kW heating element draws a single-phase 230 V supply, suitable for a standard commercial circuit. The 820 mm width and 800 mm depth fit a worktop or counter, while the 50 kg weight allows two people to move it without a trolley. Controls include a temperature dial, a 60-minute timer and a continuous-mode switch. The safety thermostat resets automatically once the oven cools. The 3.9 kW power rating indicates the load on the electrical supply; higher settings will reach temperature faster but increase running costs. The 250 °C maximum opens processes like baking bread, roasting meats and crisping pastries, while the 80 mm spacing between trays accommodates taller items such as whole chickens or stacked baking sheets. The three included wire trays match the GN1/1 standard, so they fit gastronorm racks and trolleys already in the kitchen. Clean the interior with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each use, focusing on the wire trays and the fan guard. The stainless steel exterior wipes down with the same solution. Check the door seal monthly for cracks and replace it if damaged to maintain even heat distribution. The RXL 603 is listed in the FM Industrial catalogue under convection ovens for medium-volume production.
