A washing liquid formulated to cut through the baked-on grease and carbon deposits that build up on grill bars, oven interiors and smoke chambers. The alkaline solution breaks down fats and proteins without scrubbing, so surfaces are left clean and ready for the next service.

The liquid is dispensed through an integrated trigger sprayer. A fine mist covers the surface evenly, letting the detergent soak in before rinsing. No separate spray bottle is needed, and the 1 litre size keeps the bottle light enough to hold with one hand while the other guides the spray.

To use, spray the affected area until it is thoroughly wet. Allow the liquid to work for several minutes; on heavily soiled surfaces a second application may be helpful. Rinse with warm water and wipe dry. The same bottle can be used on stainless-steel, cast-iron and enamel surfaces found in professional grills, convection ovens and smoke chambers.

The bottle is made of recyclable plastic and is fitted with a child-resistant trigger mechanism. Once empty, it can be refilled from larger Stalgast containers to reduce packaging waste.
