A refrigerated patisserie showcase keeps delicate pastries, cakes and desserts at a steady cool temperature while displaying them through clear glass. The unit circulates chilled air around the exhibition space, drawing heat away from the food and rejecting it at the rear. This continuous air flow maintains the set temperature range without drying the surface of the goods, preserving texture and appearance. The refrigerant absorbs heat inside the cabinet and releases it outside, cycling through a sealed system that requires no daily attention once installed.

The SILESIA 1200 is loaded from the rear through a sliding glass door. Place trays or plates of finished pastries on the non-refrigerated tempered glass shelf or directly on the refrigerated base. Set the electronic control unit to the desired temperature between +2 °C and +8 °C; the showcase will hold that level automatically. LED lighting illuminates the display area, highlighting colours and details without adding heat. The lower storage compartment provides additional space for backup stock or ingredients, accessed from the front without disturbing the display.

The cabinet is built on a stainless-steel frame clad with side panels edged in ABS laminate. The outer glass is plain tempered for safety and clarity, while the inner shelf is also tempered but not refrigerated, allowing a clear view from all angles. Ventilation cooling moves air across the evaporator coil, which removes moisture and prevents condensation on the glass. Automatic defrosting melts any ice that forms on the coil, and the resulting water evaporates without manual intervention.

A power rating of 0.432 kW indicates the electrical load the unit draws from a standard 230 V single-phase circuit. The footprint of 1196 mm by 1165 mm fits into a compact corner or along a worktop, while the height of 1400 mm allows eye-level viewing for customers. The weight of 299 kg requires two people or a trolley to move the showcase into position, and the laminate side panels protect the edges during installation.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass with a mild detergent and soft cloth, and dusting the ventilation grille at the rear. The electronic control unit should be kept dry, and the automatic defrosting system eliminates the need for manual coil cleaning. The non-refrigerated shelf can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the lower storage compartment is accessed by opening the front panel.
