Confectionery showcase 950 mm
A refrigerated confectionery showcase keeps delicate pastries, chocolates and desserts at a steady cool temperature while displaying them through large glass panels. Forced cooling circulates chilled air evenly around the cabinet, preventing warm spots and condensation on the glass. The refrigerant absorbs heat from the interior and releases it outside, maintaining the set temperature without drying the products or altering their texture.
The operator loads the adjustable glass shelves from the rear, sliding the double-glazed doors open. Once the showcase is stocked, the temperature is set between +4 °C and +10 °C, depending on the items. LED lighting illuminates the contents without adding heat, keeping colours true and reducing energy use. The front glass is secured by a tensioned string, allowing full visibility while preventing accidental opening.
The cabinet is built from powder-coated steel for durability and a wooden casing for a refined finish. Double-glazed side and front panels feature black and silver serigraphy, framing the display. The glass top provides an additional viewing angle, while the black finishes give a sleek, professional look. Cooling is managed by R290 refrigerant, chosen for its low environmental impact.
Controls are simple: a thermostat sets the temperature within the 4–10 °C range. The forced cooling system runs continuously, adjusting as needed to maintain the chosen level. The 950 mm width and 210 kg weight mean the unit requires a stable floor and a dedicated space on the counter or floor, while the 860 mm depth allows it to fit against most walls without obstructing workflow.
Cleaning involves wiping the glass shelves and interior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The wooden casing should be dusted regularly, avoiding abrasive cleaners. The glass panels can be cleaned with standard glass cleaner, taking care not to spray directly onto the LED lighting strips. The rear sliding doors should be kept free of dust to ensure smooth operation.
Three versions are available: refrigerated (CH) for chilled items, hot (GR) for heated displays, and neutral (NE) for ambient storage. The refrigerated model is designed for pastries, chocolates and desserts that require consistent cooling without freezing.
The showcase is categorised under professional refrigeration for confectionery and dessert displays.
