A confectionery showcase that keeps delicate pastries, chocolates and desserts at a steady chilled temperature while displaying them through full-height glass. The refrigerated version of the RAFAELLO 1300 mm unit circulates cool air across adjustable glass shelves, creating an even climate that preserves texture and appearance without drying or condensation. Forced cooling draws warm air away from the front glass, preventing fogging so customers see every detail of the product on show.

The operator loads the shelves from the rear, sliding open the double-glazed doors to arrange trays or individual items. Once the doors are closed, the refrigeration system maintains the set temperature between +4 °C and +10 °C, allowing safe storage of cream-based and perishable confections. LED lighting inside the cabinet illuminates each shelf evenly, highlighting colours and finishes without adding heat that could spoil the display.

The cabinet stands on a powder-coated steel frame clad in a wooden casing that gives a warm, professional look. Double-glazed side and front panels are serigraphed in black and silver to frame the display, while the front glass is secured with a discreet string tensioner to prevent accidental opening. Shelves rest on adjustable brackets, letting the operator tailor shelf spacing to the height of each product. A glass top completes the enclosure, protecting the contents while keeping the display fully visible from above.

Overall dimensions of 1300 mm wide, 860 mm deep and 1370 mm high create a generous display area without occupying excessive floor space in a busy shop. The 280 kg weight ensures stability on the floor, while the forced-cooling system draws air through the rear, allowing the unit to be positioned against a wall without overheating.

Three versions are available: refrigerated (CH) for chilled products, hot (GR) for baked items, and neutral (NE) for ambient display. The refrigerated model uses R290 refrigerant, a hydrocarbon that combines low environmental impact with efficient cooling performance.

Cleaning is straightforward: shelves lift out for washing, and the smooth glass and powder-coated surfaces wipe clean with a damp cloth. The wooden casing requires only occasional dusting to maintain its appearance.
