A refrigerated confectionery showcase keeps delicate pastries, chocolates and desserts at a steady chill without freezing them. The unit circulates cool air behind a sealed glass front, maintaining an even temperature across every shelf. This method prevents condensation on the glass and preserves the texture and appearance of the products while allowing customers a clear view from the counter or shop floor.

The operator loads the showcase by sliding open the double-glazed rear doors. Shelves are highlighted with integrated lighting to draw attention to the display. Once the confectionery is arranged, the doors are closed and the forced-cooling system maintains the set temperature range. The front and side glasses remain clear, offering an uninterrupted view of the goods while the wooden casing and powder-coated steel frame provide a durable, professional finish.

Construction combines powder-coated steel for the structural frame with a wooden casing that gives a refined appearance. Single front and side glass panels are fixed in place, while the rear doors slide on tracks to allow easy access. Shelves are made of glass with illuminated edges, and the bottom front of the unit is also highlighted to enhance visibility. The refrigerant used is R290, a hydrocarbon chosen for its efficiency in small refrigeration systems.

Controls are minimal: the temperature is pre-set within the refrigerated range of +6 to +12 °C and cannot be adjusted by the operator. LED lighting is fitted as standard, except in the hot version of the showcase.

The 940 mm width and 200 kg weight mean the unit fits on most standard worktops or can be placed on the shop floor with a stable base. The forced-cooling system ensures rapid recovery after the doors are opened, keeping the internal environment consistent even during busy service periods.

Cleaning involves wiping the glass surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent, while the powder-coated steel and wooden casing can be dusted regularly. The sliding rear doors should be kept free of debris to ensure smooth operation. Shelves are non-adjustable, so there are no moving parts to disassemble for cleaning.

Three versions are available: refrigerated (CH), hot (GR) and neutral (NE). The refrigerated model is finished in golden, silver or black to suit different shop aesthetics.
