The compressor starts automatically, pulling heat from the mix until it reaches the desired slush consistency. During service, the illuminated containers switch between day and night modes to highlight the product, while the drip tray catches any overflow. When the beverage is ready, pull the lever to dispense directly into cups or glasses.

The cabinet is constructed from stainless steel, housing two separate 12 L vats side by side.
