The refrigeration system cools the interior through natural convection: cold air, being denser, sinks to the bottom, while warmer air rises to be cooled again. This gentle movement prevents dehydration of stored items and reduces energy use, making it suitable for long-term storage of large quantities without frequent access.

The operator loads the freezer by lifting the hinged lid and placing items directly into the insulated compartment. Temperature is set with a manual thermostat, typically located inside near the front. Once the desired level is reached, the unit maintains it automatically. Condensation water drains through a pipe at the back, eliminating the need for manual collection. When frost builds up, the operator uses the supplied defrost shovel to remove it during a manual defrost cycle, ensuring efficient cooling performance.

The FORCAR Eco Line G-BD450S is constructed with a white painted steel exterior for durability in a professional kitchen environment. The interior is made of cast aluminium, which resists corrosion and is easy to clean. The 70 mm insulation layer helps maintain the low temperature with minimal energy input, while the static cooling system ensures quiet operation.

Controls are simple and mechanical: a manual thermostat adjusts the temperature, and the unit operates within a voltage range of 220-240 V at 50 Hz.
