A buffet column organises hot and cold service in a straight, vertical line. It provides separate compartments for heated and chilled dishes, keeping each at its correct temperature without mixing flavours or steam. The column stands between the kitchen and the dining area, letting guests serve themselves while the staff restock from the rear. Its modular design allows multiple columns to be linked side by side, creating a continuous buffet line that can be reconfigured for different events or menu types.
The H-355 buffet column is a freestanding unit that slots into place without permanent installation. Operators load the internal wells from the back, then set the desired temperature for each section. Once the unit reaches the set point, it maintains the temperature automatically, so staff can focus on presentation and replenishment rather than monitoring. Guests lift the hinged lids or slide the covers to access the dishes, while the column's vertical design minimises the footprint on the floor.
The unit is constructed in black powder-coated steel, giving a uniform finish that resists scratches and blends with commercial kitchen decor. Its dimensions of 150 mm width, 150 mm depth and 355 mm height create a compact tower that fits between other buffet modules or stands alone as a single station. The footprint of 150 x 150 mm allows it to be positioned on a worktop, counter or dedicated buffet table without overhang.
Cleaning follows the modular design: the internal wells lift out for thorough washing, while the exterior wipes down with a damp cloth. The powder-coated finish prevents corrosion and makes the surface easy to sanitise between services.
