The Neutral 4 GN1/1 model accommodates four gastronorm GN1/1 pans side by side above a water reservoir. Hot water is added to the lower pan, and the food pans are placed on the rack. The heating element generates gentle steam, ensuring even warmth without hot spots.

Built from stainless steel, the unit measures 1410 mm in width, 600 mm in depth, and 850 mm in height, making it suitable for most buffet counters. It operates on 230 V single-phase power with a 3.4 kW heating element. GN pans are not included.

Cleaning is straightforward due to the two-compartment design. The water pan and heating element can be removed for descaling, while the upper rack and worktop are cleaned with detergent. No internal moving parts require maintenance.
