A high flow rate tap delivers a steady, powerful stream of water directly into the sink basin, cutting fill times for pots, pans and prep bowls. The water flows through a single hole in the worktop into a fixed spout; the handle mounted above controls both flow and temperature with a quarter-turn action. A star-shaped grip gives a secure hold even when hands are wet or greasy, reducing slips and accidental scalds.

To operate, lift the star handle to open the valve and turn it left or right to blend hot and cold supplies. The C-shaped spout swings a fixed radius above the sink, directing the water where it is needed without splashing the surrounding work surface. When the task is complete, return the handle to the centre-off position and press down to close the valve.

The tap body is mounted through a single 24 mm hole in the sink deck or worktop. A threaded shank beneath the deck is secured with a retaining nut, holding the tap firmly in place. The spout is 200 mm long from the centre of the mounting hole to the outlet, giving a reach that clears the front edge of most commercial sinks. The spout and handle are finished in a smooth, non-porous coating that resists limescale and finger marks.

A 24 mm connection diameter matches standard flexible hoses and isolation valves used in British catering plumbing. The high flow rate design places a steady demand on the water supply, so the tap is best paired with a dedicated circuit that can deliver the required pressure and volume without starving adjacent outlets.

Cleaning is limited to the external surfaces. Wipe the spout and handle daily with a damp cloth and mild detergent to remove grease and water spots. Avoid abrasive pads or powders that can scratch the finish. Periodically check the retaining nut beneath the deck to ensure it remains tight, preventing leaks around the mounting hole.

Variants of the Faucet 20167 are available with spout lengths of 300 mm and 400 mm, extending the reach for deeper or wider sinks.
