Water filter cartridge LF L1010008

A water filter cartridge treats tap water before it reaches the heating chamber of a coffee machine. It contains activated carbon and ion-exchange resin that adsorb chlorine, heavy metals and scale-forming minerals. By removing these impurities, the cartridge prevents limescale build-up inside the boiler and brewing group, extends the life of the appliance and improves the taste and clarity of the coffee.

The cartridge installs in the water tank or inlet line of compatible coffee machines. Tap water passes through the filter media as it is drawn into the machine. The operator replaces the cartridge at intervals recommended by the coffee-machine manufacturer, typically every two months or after a set volume of water.

This LF cartridge is designed to fit BOSCH, SIEMENS, BALAY, KRUPS, MELITTA and AEG coffee machines. It is listed in the catering-equipment catalogue under water-treatment consumables.
