A mobile worktop on castors brings service equipment directly to the dining floor, eliminating repeated trips to a fixed sideboard. The unit rolls on four wheels, two of them lockable, so it stays where the staff need it during service and can be moved for cleaning or storage afterwards.

The station provides an open upper section with two shelves and two drawers, allowing cutlery, napkins and condiments to be organised in reach of the waiting staff. A pushing handle at waist height lets one person steer the loaded unit without strain. Optional open cutlery compartments clip onto the frame, a drawer hopper with a nylon bag collects soiled items, and a nylon cover protects the contents when the station is not in use.

Controls are limited to the wheel brakes, which are foot-operated levers that lock two of the four castors. The brakes prevent the station from rolling while staff load or unload it, and can be released quickly when the unit needs to be moved.
