The ROCAM ALKOR3AP B/R is a waiter station.

Constructed from laminated wood with aluminium-look detailing, this station offers a sturdy and practical solution for food and beverage service. The reinforced base is fitted with larger 125 mm diameter castors, facilitating smooth movement, and includes a handle for improved manoeuvrability.

Storage is provided by three drawers, each equipped with inner dividers specifically for cutlery organisation. Additionally, there are three doors, each concealing an inner shelf that can be adjusted to different heights to accommodate various service items. An upper middle shelf is also height adjustable, offering further customisation for storage needs.

Optional configurations are available to suit specific operational requirements. The drawers can be substituted with an open 9-compartment cutlery holder. Furthermore, an extractable hopper, mounted on rails and fitted with a removable and washable cotton sack, can be provided for waste or linen management.
