This waiter serving station is an elegant and convenient piece of equipment that is a must-have in any restaurant. Available in 3 colors: walnut, carbon, ash gray
A low waiter serving station keeps hot and cold plated dishes, cutlery, napkins and condiments within arm's reach of the front-of-house team without blocking sightlines across the restaurant floor. The unit stands at worktop height, so staff can slide plates and trays directly onto the stainless steel shelves above while keeping the lower storage organised and out of the customer's view.
The station is built around a rigid melamine carcass that resists knocks, spills and daily wear. Two lockable doors enclose an internal compartment for bulk supplies, while three full-width drawers hold cutlery organised by type; each drawer is fitted with a removable plastic divider. Above the work surface, adjustable stainless steel shelves provide open storage for plated starters, desserts or side dishes, allowing waiters to pick up orders quickly without opening doors or bending down.
Operation is straightforward: staff load the shelves and drawers at the start of service, then replenish as needed. The two doors remain closed to keep the lower storage tidy, while the open shelves keep the next course visible and accessible. Four multidirectional wheels let the unit be rolled into position at the beginning of service and stored against a wall when not in use.
The melamine finish is available in a choice of walnut, carbon or ash grey, allowing the station to blend with existing restaurant décor. The overall footprint of 1360 mm wide by 480 mm deep fits neatly behind a standard restaurant sideboard or against a wall, while the 1550 mm height keeps the work surface at a comfortable standing level.
Cleaning is limited to wiping the melamine panels and stainless steel shelves with a damp cloth; the plastic cutlery dividers can be removed and washed separately.
