A vibratory pump moves water by rapid oscillations of a diaphragm, creating pressure pulses that push liquid through the coffee machine's circuit. This method delivers consistent flow without a rotating motor, reducing wear and noise while maintaining steady extraction pressure for espresso. The pump's compact size allows it to fit into tight spaces within professional coffee equipment, where reliability under frequent use is essential.
To install the LF EX7 vibratory pump, the operator disconnects the power, removes the machine's side panel, and unclips the old pump from its mounting bracket. The inlet and outlet hoses are detached, and the electrical connector is released. The new pump is positioned in the same orientation, reconnected to the hoses and power supply, and secured before the panel is refitted. Once power is restored, the machine is tested to confirm water flow and pressure.
Constructed for durability, the pump is designed to integrate with SPINEL coffee machines, including the DUE LUX, DUETTO LUX, ESSE LUX, MINIMINI, RONDO LUX, RONDOLUXMATIC, and TRELUX models. Its 230 V rating matches standard UK commercial power circuits, allowing straightforward installation without additional transformers or adapters.
Regular maintenance involves checking hose connections for leaks and ensuring the pump remains free of scale build-up, which can impede performance. The absence of moving parts beyond the diaphragm reduces the need for lubrication or complex servicing, though periodic inspection of electrical terminals helps prevent corrosion in humid kitchen environments.
This replacement pump is categorised under coffee machine spares, ensuring compatibility with the specified SPINEL models for seamless operation in professional settings.
