This ventilated freezer uses a fan to distribute cold air evenly across all shelves, eliminating cold spots. The fan operates only when necessary, reducing energy consumption while maintaining a consistent temperature range of -18 °C to -22 °C. Automatic defrosting removes frost from the coil at regular intervals, and the condensate evaporates without requiring a drain line, ensuring the interior remains dry.

The unit includes five wire shelves—four full-width and one half-width—allowing flexible storage. The single door can be reversed to open left or right, adapting to different kitchen layouts. An electronic controller lets users set the desired temperature, while the ECOVENT system adjusts fan speed and defrost cycles to suit the load, ensuring stable performance even in environments up to 35 °C and 65% humidity.

Constructed from white epoxy-coated steel, the cabinet features galvanised steel panels at the rear and base for added corrosion resistance. Inside, polystyrene walls and a 70 mm insulation layer retain cold air and block external heat. A single continuous door gasket seals tightly when closed, preventing warm air from entering.

Powered by a 220-240 V, 50 Hz supply, the freezer draws 480 W during normal operation. Weighing 122 kg, it requires two people to move safely. Its dimensions—775 mm wide and 750 mm deep—allow it to fit into compact spaces.

Maintenance involves wiping the interior with a damp cloth and mild detergent, with the option to remove shelves for separate cleaning. The automatic condensate evaporation system eliminates the need for manual drainage. Exterior panels can be cleaned with a damp cloth to preserve the white finish.
