This professional single-door freezer is designed to store large quantities of ingredients at consistent deep-freeze temperatures. The cooling system uses R600a gas, circulating through an evaporator mounted behind the shelves. This arrangement allows cold air to descend evenly, maintaining uniform temperatures across all levels. Condensed water evaporates automatically, eliminating the need for drainage and allowing flexible placement in any kitchen area without plumbing requirements.

To operate, connect the freezer to a 220-240 V supply and adjust the thermostat to between -18 °C and -22 °C. The electronic control system regulates the internal temperature, adapting to ambient conditions up to 32 °C and 55% humidity. Once cooled, the six fixed shelves and thirteen containers can be loaded with pre-frozen stock. Adjustable feet ensure stability on uneven surfaces, while ergonomic handles facilitate frequent opening. The reversible door can be configured to open from either side to suit kitchen layouts.

The exterior is constructed from durable stainless steel AISI 430, while the interior features impact-resistant ABS plastic. A 60 mm insulation layer reduces heat transfer, minimising the workload of the 300 W compressor. Periodic manual defrosting is necessary to remove ice from the evaporator, during which contents may be temporarily relocated.

With a 570 litre capacity, the freezer accommodates substantial quantities of frozen goods. Its dimensions of 777 mm width and 695 mm depth align with standard worktop configurations. Weighing 111 kg, the unit requires a trolley for movement but can remain in a fixed position once installed. The voltage range of 220-240 V is compatible with UK commercial power supplies, and the 50 Hz frequency matches national standards.

Maintenance involves wiping the stainless steel exterior with a damp cloth and mild detergent, and cleaning the ABS interior and containers with warm water. Shelves and containers can be removed for more thorough cleaning. The R600a cooling gas remains sealed within the system and requires no user intervention.
