A professional one-door freezer built to hold bulk ingredients at deep-freeze temperatures without occupying excessive floor space in a busy kitchen. The refrigeration system circulates R600a gas through a static evaporator mounted behind the six fixed shelves. This method removes heat from the cabinet steadily, maintaining an interior climate between -18 °C and -22 °C even when the ambient temperature reaches +32 °C and 55% relative humidity. Because the evaporator is integrated into the shelving, the entire 340 L volume remains usable for storage, with no separate cooling coils taking up room.

To begin a cycle, the operator loads trays or containers onto the six fixed shelves, each measuring 480 mm by 440 mm. The door is closed, and the thermostat set to the desired temperature within the -18 °C to -22 °C range. Once powered, the compressor draws 185 W from a 220-240 V, 50 Hz supply, circulating refrigerant through the evaporator. Condensed water is evaporated automatically, eliminating the need for a drain line. When frost accumulation begins to restrict airflow, the operator initiates a manual defrost by switching the unit off and allowing the ice to melt.

The exterior is constructed from painted steel for durability in a commercial environment, while the interior liner is ABS plastic, chosen for its resistance to low temperatures and ease of cleaning.
