A manifold upper distributes water evenly across the rack of a commercial dishwasher. It sits above the wash arms, splitting the incoming flow into multiple jets that reach every plate, glass and utensil. Without this part, water pressure drops in some zones and dishes come out unevenly cleaned. The manifold's position at the top of the wash chamber also helps direct the spray downward, so it strikes the load at the correct angle and force.
To use the manifold, the operator loads the rack, closes the dishwasher door or lowers the hood, and starts the programme. The manifold remains fixed in place, receiving water from the pump and directing it through its ports. No adjustment is needed; the jets are pre-set to cover the standard rack dimensions of the listed models.
The LF manifold upper is a direct replacement for the original component in ELFRAMO, EMMEPI and KOMEL dishwashers. It fits both under-counter and hood-type machines, matching the water inlet position and thread size of the specified models. Installation requires no tools beyond those used to remove the old manifold: the new part threads onto the supply line in the same way.
Cleaning is limited to occasional inspection for lime scale or debris that could block the jets. If build-up occurs, the manifold can be removed and soaked in a descaling solution, then rinsed and refitted. No disassembly of the manifold itself is needed, as the jets are cast into the body and cannot be individually cleared.
This part is listed in the catalogue under dishwasher spares for professional kitchen equipment.
