A mobile rack designed to securely hold and transport twelve baking trays or gastronorm pans. The trolley features chromed wire guides that slope inward, keeping trays stable during movement. Four swivel castors ensure smooth manoeuvrability, with the option to lock two for stationary use.

Trays are loaded from the front, sliding onto the guides until they meet the L-shape profile, which ensures correct positioning. This profile maintains tray alignment during transport, preserving the loading order. The frame is constructed from welded AISI 304 stainless steel for durability and hygiene, with non-marking bumpers to protect surrounding surfaces.

An optional upper stainless steel shelf offers additional storage for lighter items. The trolley operates without electricity, using foot-operated castor brakes for stability.

With a width of 512 mm and depth of 612 mm, the trolley fits standard gastronorm tray spacing, allowing easy passage through kitchen doorways. The height of 1623 mm ensures compatibility with most environments while accommodating twelve full-size trays. Weighing 21 kg, it can be moved by one person when empty, yet remains stable when fully loaded.

Cleaning is straightforward with warm water and mild detergent. The open wire guides and stainless steel surfaces dry quickly and resist stains. Optional HPL side and back panels are equally easy to clean, and the castors are sealed to prevent grease build-up.

Customisation options include two castors with brakes, an upper stainless steel shelf, side panels in high-pressure laminate, full three-sided panelling, and bespoke graphic stickers for branding or identification.
