Tray trolley FORCAR CA1475

This FORCAR trolley provides a mobile solution for storing and transporting up to thirty trays. Vertical runners, spaced to standardised dimensions, allow each tray to slide into place without additional fastenings. The open design ensures airflow around every tray, maintaining food temperatures during movement through kitchens or service areas.

Trays are loaded from the front, stacked vertically for easy access. Four swivel castors enable smooth manoeuvring, including tight turns in corridors and lifts. The absence of doors or panels keeps all trays visible and within reach, turning the trolley into a temporary workstation for plating, serving, or ingredient transfer.

Constructed from welded steel tube and sheet, the frame features a powder-coated finish for durability. Aluminium runners offer lightweight strength, resisting bending from repeated use. Two fixed castors include brakes, securing the trolley during loading or service.

The trolley measures 1380 mm in length, 620 mm in width, and 1750 mm in height, fitting through standard kitchen doorways and service lifts. The height ensures the top tray is at a convenient working level while the base remains accessible for cleaning. Despite its sturdy build, the empty trolley is light enough for one person to move.

Maintenance involves wiping the frame and runners with a damp cloth. The powder-coated surface withstands detergents and steam, allowing sanitisation alongside other kitchen equipment.

Designed as a single model, the CA1475 accommodates all standard tray sizes without adapters.
