A reinforced trolley moves large batches of plated dishes, sheet pans or gastronorm trays between preparation, cooking and service stations without risk of spillage or tipping. The unit rolls on castors, so the operator pushes the load as a single block rather than carrying each tray individually. Side panels form a continuous barrier that keeps trays aligned and prevents them sliding off during sharp turns or sudden stops.
The operator loads trays one by one through the open front, sliding each into its slot until the full capacity of thirty is reached. Once loaded, the trolley is wheeled to the next station; the side panels ensure that trays remain level and secure throughout the journey. At the destination, trays are removed in reverse order, again through the open front.
Construction is a welded steel frame with side panels of the same material. The dimensions of 1100 mm long, 620 mm wide and 1750 mm high create a footprint that fits standard kitchen aisles while providing enough vertical clearance for stacked trays. The 1100 mm length accommodates two rows of fifteen trays side by side, and the 1750 mm height allows stacking up to thirty trays without exceeding comfortable reach.
Cleaning is a wipe-down of the steel surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent; the absence of moving parts or electrical components simplifies maintenance.
