| CAPACITY | for 30 trays |
A reinforced tray trolley carries up to thirty full trays between kitchen stations, storage and service points without flexing or swaying under load. The frame is designed to distribute weight evenly across its full height, so stacked trays remain level and stable even when the trolley is moved over uneven floors or through doorways.
The operator loads trays one by one onto the fixed or removable runners, starting at the bottom shelf and working upwards. Each tray slides into position and is held by the raised lips or stops on the runners, preventing accidental slippage during transit. Once loaded, the trolley is pushed by hand; larger wheels at the rear and swivel castors at the front allow tight turns and smooth tracking along corridors and through tight spaces.
Construction is a welded steel frame with reinforced corner joints and cross-bracing. Runners are bolted on for easy replacement if worn. The entire unit stands on four heavy-duty castors, two of which are lockable to hold the trolley in place during loading or unloading.
The footprint of 1100 mm long by 620 mm wide fits standard kitchen aisles and lift doors, while the 1750 mm height allows stacking to the ceiling without overhang. The capacity for thirty trays matches the output of a typical bulk-production section, keeping workflow continuous during peak service.
Cleaning is limited to wiping down the frame and runners with a damp cloth; no disassembly is required. The steel surface can be sanitised with standard kitchen chemicals without risk of corrosion.
