A reinforced stainless steel trolley organises hot or chilled GN1/1 trays between the oven, blast chiller and service counter without lifting. The frame supports the trays on continuous guides so each tray slides in and out with the weight evenly distributed across the full length of the trolley. Side panels keep the trays aligned and shield the contents from draughts and splashes while the trolley moves through the kitchen.

The trolley is built around a skeleton of 25×25 mm stainless steel tubes that form a rigid cage. White Perfex steel side panels clip onto the frame, creating a smooth surface that is easy to wipe down. Stainless steel guides 1.2 mm thick run the full width of the trolley, spaced to accept standard GN1/1 trays 530×325 mm; the same construction can be ordered for other tray sizes if needed. A rubber bumper at the base protects walls and door frames from knocks.

To use the trolley, slide each tray into its guide until it rests against the back stop. The trolley will hold ten trays in a single column. Once loaded, the operator pushes the trolley by its top rail; the multi-directional wheels swivel freely, allowing the trolley to turn in tight spaces. Each wheel has a catch that locks it in place when the trolley is stationary, preventing it from rolling on sloping floors or when a tray is pulled out.

The trolley is rated for a maximum load of 50 kg, which covers ten fully laden GN1/1 trays. Its footprint of 450×620 mm fits through standard kitchen doorways and service lifts, while the overall height of 1740 mm keeps the top tray within easy reach for most staff. The stainless steel construction resists corrosion from steam, cleaning chemicals and food acids, and the smooth surfaces allow quick sanitising between uses.

Cleaning is limited to wiping the frame, guides and side panels with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. The wheels should be checked periodically for debris that could impede movement or lock the catches. Optional accessories include a stainless steel or ABS bottle holder that clips onto the side of the trolley for carrying condiments, oils or cleaning supplies.
