Reinforced tray trolleys with a durable stainless steel construction. Suitable for intensive professional use.
A heavy-duty trolley built to transport ten full-size gastronorm trays through a busy kitchen without flexing or swaying. The frame carries the load on stainless steel guides that run the full length of each shelf, preventing tray sag and keeping food level during movement. Multidirectional wheels let the trolley turn in tight spaces, while the rubber bumper protects walls and door frames from knocks.
The trolley is loaded by sliding each tray into its dedicated guide. Once loaded, the operator engages the wheel catches to lock the trolley in place for safe unloading. The guides are sized for standard GN1/1 trays (530 × 325 mm), but the same construction can be ordered for other tray dimensions.
The frame is welded from 25 × 25 mm stainless steel tubes, giving a rigid structure that resists twisting under uneven loads. The guides are 1.2 mm stainless steel, thick enough to support heavy trays without bending. Wheels are 125 mm in diameter, chosen for smooth rolling over kitchen floors and thresholds.
A maximum load of 50 kg means the trolley can carry ten fully laden GN1/1 trays without risk of deformation. The footprint of 450 × 620 mm fits through standard kitchen doorways and service lifts, while the height of 1740 mm keeps the top shelf within easy reach for most operators.
Cleaning is straightforward: the open tube construction allows water and detergent to drain freely, and the stainless steel surfaces wipe clean without trapping food debris. The rubber bumper can be removed for thorough cleaning if needed.
Optional accessories include a stainless steel or ABS bottle holder that clips onto the frame. Wheels with catches are available as spares.
The trolley is listed in the FORCAR catalogue under mobile storage and transport equipment.
