A mobile trolley keeps up to ten Gastronorm trays organised and accessible while they move between kitchen stations, plating lines or banqueting halls. Instead of carrying each tray individually, the operator loads the full set onto the shelves, locks the brakes and wheels the entire batch to the next point of use. The trays remain level, the food stays undisturbed, and the workflow stays continuous without waiting for separate trips.

The trolley's frame supports the trays at evenly spaced intervals, matching the standard Gastronorm heights so that lids, covers and serving utensils can be added without clearance issues. Side and rear panels enclose the load, shielding the contents from draughts, spills and accidental knocks during transit. Once in position, the operator releases the brakes, slides the trays onto worktops or serving counters, and returns the empty trolley for the next batch.

Construction is a welded steel frame finished in a durable powder-coated surface. The shelves are spaced to accept ten full-size Gastronorm trays, and the overall footprint of 380 mm by 620 mm fits through standard kitchen doorways and service lifts. The 1750 mm height allows the top tray to be loaded and unloaded at a comfortable working level without bending or stretching. Four swivel castors with brakes provide stable movement and secure parking.

Cleaning is a wipe-down of the powder-coated steel surfaces and castors after each service to remove food debris and prevent corrosion. The open frame design allows easy access to all areas without disassembly.
