The CASTA TPTW1000 is a combined station designed for professional kitchens. This electric appliance offers two distinct and independent work surfaces.
One surface is dedicated to cooking, capable of reaching temperatures up to +240 °C. This cooking zone operates by direct heat transfer from the stainless steel plate to the food. The temperature is regulated digitally, allowing for precise control over cooking processes.
The second surface is designed for rapid cooling, reaching temperatures down to -38 °C.
An integrated and independent extraction system is built into the appliance. This system draws in air and filters it using Viledon and activated carbon filters, helping to manage cooking odours and vapours.
The construction is entirely from stainless steel, with two separate AISI 304 stainless steel plates for the cooking and cooling zones. It includes a tray for collecting cooking residues from the hot plate. Storage is provided by one cabinet with a 2/3 capacity and one neutral drawer. The unit is operated via a digital control panel that features pre-programmed ignition and easy independent temperature regulation for both zones.
Included accessories are one lid for the cooking plate and a plexiglass protective shelf. For mobility, the station is fitted with four swivel castors.
The power rating of 2.95 kW indicates the electrical load the appliance will place on the supply. The dimensions of 1000 mm in length, 850 mm in width, and 900 mm in height define the unit's footprint and the space it will occupy in a kitchen layout. The 230 V voltage specifies the electrical supply requirement.
Cleaning of the stainless steel structure and plates is straightforward.
This appliance is listed in the catalogue under ethnic cuisine equipment and combined stations, specifically within the TEPP-TWIN range.
