A gas stove designed for simultaneous cooking across three independent burners, each with its own control to manage heat levels precisely. The burners generate flame beneath cast iron grids, distributing heat evenly to pots and pans while allowing direct contact for searing or frying. Gas flows through injectors calibrated for either natural gas or LPG, ignited by a Piezo spark system that eliminates the need for external lighters or matches. Safety thermocouples monitor each burner, cutting the gas supply automatically if the flame extinguishes, preventing leaks in busy kitchens.
To operate, the user turns the adjustment knob from the idle position to the desired flame setting, triggering the Piezo ignition. The left and centre burners each provide a higher output, suited for rapid boiling or high-heat cooking, while the right burner offers a lower setting for gentle simmering or keeping dishes warm. A stainless steel reducer plate is included to stabilise smaller saucepans that might otherwise tip on the grids. The stove can also function as a griddle when cast iron plates are placed over the burners, expanding its use beyond standard pots and pans.
Constructed from stainless steel, the stove resists corrosion and withstands frequent cleaning. The cast iron grids, burner crowns, and stainless steel plates are fully removable, allowing thorough access to all surfaces. Each component can be scrubbed separately, then reassembled without tools. The stove's footprint fits standard worktops, while its weight ensures stability without anchoring.
The 19 kW total power rating indicates a substantial gas load, requiring a dedicated supply line capable of supporting high-demand appliances. The dimensions allow integration into compact kitchen layouts, such as food trucks or small restaurant stations, without sacrificing burner space. The independent controls enable multitasking, letting chefs manage different cooking processes at once—boiling pasta on one burner, sautéing vegetables on another, and simmering a sauce on the third.
Supplied with injectors for natural gas, the stove can be converted to LPG with the appropriate kit. The Piezo ignition system reduces wear compared to manual lighters, while the safety thermocouples add a layer of protection in fast-paced environments. The removable parts simplify daily maintenance, ensuring grease and food debris do not accumulate in hard-to-reach areas.
This model is categorised under professional stoves and hobs, positioned for commercial kitchens requiring flexibility and durability.
