A freestanding water cooler that supplies a continuous stream of chilled drinking water directly from the mains, the Roller-grill AQUA150 removes heat through a direct-expansion refrigeration cycle. A compressor circulates refrigerant gas through a sealed copper evaporator coil submerged in the water circuit. As the gas expands, it absorbs heat from the water, lowering its temperature to between +8 and +10 °C before the water reaches the outlets. The hermetic design ensures the water never contacts ambient air, preventing bacterial growth and maintaining purity.

The operator connects the unit to the building's water supply and electrical circuit, then presses the push buttons to dispense chilled water simultaneously from two separate outlets. Each outlet is controlled by a solenoid valve that opens only while the button is held, allowing staff to fill two carafes or jugs at once without spillage. The flow rate of 150 litres per hour supports steady demand in busy canteens, self-service restaurants or hospital wards.

Construction centres on a hospital-grade copper evaporator that resists corrosion and bacterial colonisation. A triple-action filter removes sediment, limescale and chlorine from the incoming water, protecting the evaporator and ensuring consistent taste.
