The cooling process relies on a sealed, direct-expansion refrigeration circuit that circulates R290 gas through a copper evaporator. This method rapidly removes heat from the incoming water, lowering its temperature before it reaches the outlet. Because the system is fully enclosed and never exposed to air, it prevents bacterial growth and contamination. A triple-action filter removes sediment, limescale and chlorine from the water before it enters the cooling circuit, maintaining both hygiene and taste.

To operate the cooler, the user steps on the stainless steel pedal, which opens the valve and releases a stream of chilled water. The flow continues as long as the pedal is pressed, allowing precise filling of any container. An LED light illuminates the dispensing area, making it easy to use in low-light conditions. The unit's large hourly output supports steady demand in busy environments such as canteens, hospitals or self-service restaurants.

The entire cabinet is constructed from stainless steel, including the removable drip tray beneath the outlet.
