A table to dishwasher connects the final rinse of a commercial dishwasher to the worktop where racks are loaded and unloaded. Instead of lifting each rack from the machine and carrying it across the kitchen, the operator slides it along a set of horizontal rolls mounted on a rigid frame. The rolls turn freely, so the rack moves with minimal effort, reducing strain and speeding up the flow of clean crockery back into service.
The unit is positioned directly against the dishwasher's exit, creating a continuous track from the machine to the work surface. Long rolls span the full width of the frame, while shorter rolls fill the gaps at the sides, ensuring every part of the rack is supported. The frame itself is bolted to the floor or to the adjacent units, preventing movement under load.
To use the table, the operator pulls the clean rack from the dishwasher onto the rolls, then slides it along until it reaches the worktop. Dirty racks follow the reverse path, moving from the worktop onto the rolls and into the dishwasher. No lifting is required; the weight of the rack is carried by the rolls and frame throughout the transfer.
Construction is stainless steel throughout, chosen for hygiene and resistance to water and detergents. The rolls are mounted on sealed bearings that require no lubrication, and the frame is welded for rigidity. The overall dimensions are 900 mm wide, 600 mm deep and 900 mm high, giving a compact footprint that fits between standard kitchen runs.
The 900 mm width matches the exit of most commercial under-counter and hood-type dishwashers, allowing a seamless transfer path. The 600 mm depth provides enough space for a full rack to sit on the rolls without overhang, while the 900 mm height aligns with typical worktop levels for comfortable working posture.
Cleaning is limited to wiping the rolls and frame with a damp cloth and mild detergent after each service period. The sealed bearings prevent water ingress, so no disassembly is needed. The stainless-steel surface resists staining and corrosion, maintaining a hygienic finish with minimal upkeep.
